Use of TRANSNET, this website, is offered to you on your acceptance of this TRANSNET User Agreement. Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas of the website indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to this TRANSNET User Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access TRANSNET. We suggest that you print or save electronically a copy of this agreement for your records. TRANSNET Administrators shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of this TRANSNET User Agreement without notice.     • contains classified information under NATO, national or other internation organisations' policy (note: NATO UNCLASSIFIED is allowed on TRANSNET);
    • contains information which is not disclosed to the public unless access to that information is restricted to registered users of the TRANSNET Website;
  2. Provide false information about yourself to NATO ACT, impersonate any other person, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your identity or the origin of any content, message or other communication;
  3. Transmit junk mail, chain letters, or other unsolicited bulk e-mail or duplicative messages;
  4. Collect information about other visitors to TRANSNET without their consent or otherwise systematically extract data or data fields, including without limitation any financial data or e-mail addresses;
  5. Sell access to or the use of this website, including any content contained on, downloaded from or accessed from this website;
  6. Redistribute any content provided by TRANSNET in any manner whatsoever including by means of printed publication, fax broadcast, web pages, email, web newsgroups or forums, or any other electronic or paper-based service or method;
  7. Intentionally alter the format in which data is provided by NATO ACT or otherwise circumvent NATO ACT’s regular interfaces to such data;
  8. Share, distribute your Login Credentials for the TRANSNET Website.

Indemnification by User You agree to indemnify, defend and hold NATO ACT and its representatives harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party relating in any way to your use of this website or breach of this TRANSNET User Agreement. NATO ACT reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

General If any provision of this TRANSNET User Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable in any respect by any court having competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this TRANSNET User Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of this TRANSNET User Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision of this TRANSNET User Agreement. You agree that this TRANSNET User Agreement has been drawn up in English.

International Issues Information that is submitted to this Site will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are a non-U.S. User, you acknowledge and agree that NATO Allied Command Transformation may collect and use your Information, as discussed in this TRANSNET User agreement, outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, such Information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction. U.S. law may not provide the degree of protection for Information that is available in other countries. By providing NATO Allied Command Transformation with your Information, you acknowledge that you have read this TRANSNET User agreement, understand it, agree to its terms and consent to the transfer of such Information outside your resident jurisdiction. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access or use TRANSNET.
